How are the freezer meals going?

OK so this is going to be a quick one because I have a ton of school work to get done because Dean is coming in all weekend……here we go. FREEZER MEALS! They are not working out amazingly LMFAO! And this is why, you MUST take them out of the freezer like 3 days before you plan to make them so they can thaw!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that we have realized this we should be ok!! Once again, give them ample time to thaw!!!!!!! Other than them taking like3 times as long to cook because they were not completely thawed, they are working out wonderfully. They taste great and clean up is a breeze. I am using the ones from Sam’s, and the size is working out wonderfully for feeding 3 adults and 2 kids.

My breakfast burritos are pretty much the greatest things EVER. All I have to do is grab one out of the fridge and pop it in the microwave for about 40 seconds and it is done. They taste amazing, next time though I will use a different type of potato and more hot sauce!!! The boys are chomping through all their freezer breakfasts as well.

Also something I did to help me out and know what we have and dont have is to make a master list. I put all the freezer meals on it and posted it on the deep freezer. Anytime something on the list is taken out it is crossed off. This way I know what is in there, what needs to be eaten, and what needs to be made. ALSO the chicken con pollo was NOT good!!! It lacked flavor something awful!!!!! It is a great idea but the flavor was just off and the boys were not feeling it.
